Non-Degree Undergrad Applicants

If you would like to take a few undergraduate courses but don’t plan on getting a degree from FSU, you can apply as a non-degree special student. On the Application for Admission, simply check the “special” box under Classification, and for Intended Major, write "non-degree." That's all there is to it.

Students are admitted on a rolling basis. The priority deadline for the Fall semester is June 1 prior to the semester you wish to start. For the Spring semester, the priority deadline is December 1.

Application Requirements

  • 1. Complete an Application for Admission and submit your application fee.

You can apply online or download and print a paper copy of the application.
